Refund and Returns Policy

Eligibility

Requests for refunds, returns, or exchanges will be considered only under the following conditions:

  • The product is faulty, damaged, or an incorrect item was received; and
  • Sufficient evidence has been provided to confirm the fault, damage, or incorrect item; and
  • A refund, return, or exchange request has been submitted via email to admin@rememberwhen-books.com.au; and
  • The request is made within 14 days of the purchase date; and
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., a receipt) has been provided; and
  • The product is unused and returned in the same condition as received.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges will not be granted in the following cases:

  • A change of mind about the product; or
  • The product has been used or damaged by the customer; or
  • The product is a digital download; or
  • The item was purchased on sale.

Partial refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • The item shows clear signs of use; or
  • The item is not in its original condition, has been damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error; or
  • The item is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Process

If you would like to request a refund, return, or exchange, please contact us at admin@rememberwhen-books.com.au with the following details:

  • The reason for your request; and
  • Evidence of the fault, damage, or incorrect item; and
  • Proof of purchase.

We will provide instructions on how to return the product, inspect the item upon receipt, and notify you of the outcome of your request. If approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 10 business days.

If you do not receive your refund within 15 business days of approval, please:

  • Check your bank account; and
  • Contact your credit card company and bank.

Shipping Returns

Please email admin@rememberwhen-books.com.au for return instructions.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of returned items.
